hyUSD is a stablecoin created on the Reserve Protocol, on the Base blockchain, designed to earn yield on top of the US dollar-pegged stablecoins. It is backed by a basket of other staked stablecoins and stablecoin liquidity pools. The governance of hyUSD is managed by RSR (Reserve Rights) stakers, who play a role in overseeing the protocol.
